This partnership automates the guest registration process by sending them a digital key via WhatsApp or e-mail immediately after booking. As a result, the check-in process is simplified, the workload at the reception is reduced, and service efficiency is improved.

With this integration, guests benefit from:

Digital keys now directly in Fewoflow: i-Checkin fully integrated!
Greater Frankfurt Area, 06.08.2025 — From now on, the check-in process for hosts and guests becomes even easier – thanks to the new partnership between Fewoflow and i-Checkin.

Through the seamless integration of our digital key management into Fewoflow, guests automatically receive generated access codes – secure, convenient, and without any app or extra effort.

The keys are automatically sent according to arrival and departure dates, and in case of cancellations, they are instantly deactivated – all without manual intervention. This leaves more time for what really matters.

Fewoflow provides a central solution for managing short-term rentals:
✔ Bookings, rates, and payments including channel manager
✔ Automated guest communication with CRM functions
✔ Cleaning and task planning via Desk Service
✔ Accounting module with DATEV export
✔ Own booking website without third-party providers
